6LACK – cold feet
6LACK’s "Cold Feet" opens Since I Have A Lover, the 2023 project that blends sharp production with introspective lyrics. The track, produced by Fwdslxsh, Psymun, Simon Hessman, and Yakob, kicks off with a tight, bass-driven groove that sets the tone for its confident yet vulnerable delivery. 6LACK’s flow sits effortlessly over the layered beats, weaving in a mix of street-smart energy and emotional depth that defines the album’s early moments.
Since its debut as the first single, "Cold Feet" has stood out for its polished sound and direct storytelling. The production team’s work shines through in the track’s crisp instrumentation and dynamic shifts, creating a modern trap aesthetic that balances aggression with melodic hooks. Whether it’s the rhythmic punch or the artist’s unmistakable phrasing, the song captures attention from the first listen.
A standout from Since I Have A Lover, "Cold Feet" showcases 6LACK’s ability to merge raw authenticity with studio craftsmanship. The track’s presence on the album’s opener hints at the project’s cohesive vision, where each beat and lyric feels intentional. For fans of contemporary hip-hop with a focus on production and lyrical precision, it’s a strong introduction to an album worth exploring.
